Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
 

All AGM Works pieces are final sale.
 

Due to the one-of-one nature of our designs and the bespoke handling required for marble furniture, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
 

We encourage clients to review all dimensions, materials, and specifications carefully prior to purchase. Our team is available to answer questions before you finalize your order.

Final Sale

By placing an order with AGM Works, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing/fit, or preference

  • Natural stone variation (including veining, pattern, tonal variation, and minor markings) is not considered damage or a defect

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
This includes ready-made and made-to-order pieces.


If you have an urgent request, please email info@theagmworks.com immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to assist if production has not begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theagmworks.com.
 

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging/crate

  • A photo of the shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue
     

Important: If the outer packaging shows visible damage at delivery, please note it with the carrier before signing.
 

AGM Works will review claims on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and item availability.

Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Shipping, freight, white-glove, and crating fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
