3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment is processed securely through Wix and its payment providers at the time of purchase.

AGM Works reserves the right to:

Correct pricing errors
Refuse or cancel orders in the event of incorrect pricing
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are handled via freight carriers due to the weight and fragility of stone.

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

Fabrication requirements
Destination
Carrier scheduling
White-glove coordination

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many pieces are made to order:

Orders may not be canceled once fabrication has begun
Custom or made-to-order items are final sale

If you need to request a change, contact info@theagmworks.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after production has started.

Due to the nature of our products, returns may be limited.

Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery.
