Each AGM Works piece is prepared individually for shipment with the utmost care. Due to the weight and fragility of natural stone, all orders ship via specialized freight carriers.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for handling, preparation, and delivery scheduling.
Made-to-Order / Fabricated Pieces
Please allow 6 to 10 weeks for fabrication, production preparation, and delivery scheduling.
Timelines may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier availability, and white-glove coordination.
Freight & Handling
Due to the nature of marble and stone, all pieces ship via freight and may require:

Additional coordination for large or heavy items
Additional costs may apply for custom crating and freight handling. Final shipping quotes are calculated after purchase based on destination and delivery requirements.
Delivery Scheduling
Once your piece is ready, our team (or the carrier) will contact you to schedule delivery. Freight deliveries are typically made by appointment and may require someone to be present to receive the item.
Please ensure your delivery location can accommodate the piece, including entry clearance, stair access, elevator access, and any building delivery requirements.
White-Glove Delivery
White-glove delivery may be available upon request and may include in-room placement and packaging removal, depending on location and carrier availability. Additional fees may apply.

Receiving & Inspection
We ask that you inspect your shipment upon delivery.
